Under no circumstances will exchanges or returns of customized products be accepted.<\/p>\n<p>Write us an email to orders@trantrandance.com indicating the reason for the return, your order number and name. We will send you a return label that you must stick on the box in a visible way and deliver it to the nearest Fedex office. <\/p>\n<p>You will receive a refund within 14 days from the time we receive the product. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction.
