You may return products within 30 days of delivery, provided that the products are complete, in good condition, unused and in their original packaging. Under no circumstances will exchanges or returns of customized products be accepted.

Write us an email to orders@trantrandance.com indicating the reason for the return, your order number and name. We will send you a return label that you must stick on the box in a visible way and deliver it to the nearest Fedex office.

You will receive a refund within 14 days from the time we receive the product. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction. Please note that shipping costs and customs taxes will not be refunded, unless the product is defective or we have sent you the wrong order.  This voluntary return policy does not affect your statutory rights, especially in the case of defective products, nor your statutory right of cancellation.
