You may return products within 30 days of delivery, provided that the products are complete, in good condition, unused and in their original packaging. Under no circumstances will exchanges or returns of customized products be accepted.

Please send us an email at orders@trantrandance.com, indicating the reason for the return, your order number, and your name.

Domestic Shipping (Spain)

If you made your purchase within the country, you must send the merchandise directly to our offices.

• Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
• Exceptions: If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part when shipping the product, we will cover all shipping costs.

International Shipping (Outside Spain)

If you are outside of Spain, do not ship the package on your own. Follow these steps:

1. Contact us: Please write to our customer service department, including your name, order number, and the reason for the return.
2. Get your shipping label: We’ll email you an official return label so you can ship the item back.
3. Shipping and customs fees:
   • If the return is for personal reasons (change of mind, size, etc.), shipping costs, as well as any applicable duties and customs fees, will be deducted from the refund or will be the customer’s responsibility.
   • If the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part, we will cover all of these costs.

If you request a refund, you will receive it within 14 days of our receipt of the product. The refund will be issued via the same payment method you used for the original transaction. Please note that shipping costs and customs duties will not be refunded, unless the product is defective or we sent you the wrong order. This voluntary return policy does not affect your legal rights, particularly regarding defective products, nor does it affect your legal right to cancel.
